Q: What measurements do I need to provide for my order?

You provide the width and the drop for each window, entered as full measurements with no deductions, since our current guide builds the fit in for you. Always measure twice before you finalise.

Q: How long will my order take, and how do I track it?

Most custom orders take about 4 to 6 weeks for manufacturing and quality control, then ship with a tracking link emailed to you.

Q: How do I order curtain and blind samples?

Order samples from the samples section of our site: pick the fabrics you want, add them to your cart, and check out. Each pack is up to 10 samples for $5 with free express post and a $10 voucher towards your order.

Q: How do I install my curtains or blinds?

Every order ships with fitting hardware and step-by-step instructions, and most installs are a confident DIY job with a drill, screws, and a level. Our measure and install guides walk you through each product type.

Q: Do you offer custom curtains and blinds?

Yes. We make custom curtains and blinds to your measurements, with an instant price online for every product.

Q: How is the price of a curtain worked out for my size?

Curtain prices are calculated from your exact width and drop, and within a range every colour is the same price. The quickest way to see your price is to enter your measurements on the product page and click Customise & Order.

Q: Can I change my measurements (width or drop) after I've placed my order?

Yes, as long as your order hasn't started manufacturing yet. Once it's in production the measurements are locked in, so contact us with your order number as soon as you can.

Q: Do I need to return a faulty blind?

Often you won't need to. For most faults we assess from photos and details rather than asking you to post the blind back, but occasionally we may need it returned to inspect or repair.
