Delivering our products
At The Curtain and Blind Company, we use carefully chosen third-party freight logistics companies to efficiently deliver our curtains, blinds and shutters to customers throughout Australia.
Once your order is completed, checked and ready for dispatch, you’ll receive email notification with tracking information to follow the delivery progress.
All orders we dispatch are sent with 'authority to leave' advice for the courier. The delivery driver will first attempt a door delivery and if no one is home, they will leave the goods in what they determine to be a safe place.
If they cannot deliver or leave the goods safely, a card should be left with details for collection or re-delivery. If this is not the case, please contact C&BCo. for support.

Metro areas: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Perth & Adelaide
Order value of more than $199 = FREE delivery
Order value of less than $200 = $50 shipping fee
Estimated shipping: 5 business days
Regional areas: NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA & ACT
Order value of more than $249 = $50 shipping fee
Order value of less than $250 = $150 shipping fee
Estimated shipping: 7 business days
Northern Territory & Tasmania
$150 flat fee applied to all orders
Estimated shipping: 7-10 business days
Please note - we are not able to send product orders to PO boxes or storage lockers due to the sizes and weights involved. Customers are required to provide a street or business address with their order, failure to do so can result in delays.
Returning our products
All our products are custom-made to match our customer’s exact measurements and customisation choices, which means we cannot accept returns where products have been:
• Incorrectly measured;
• The wrong colour has been ordered;
• The colour does not meet with your expectations based on website images;
• If there has been a change of a mind since placing the order.
To help avoid dissatisfaction, it is of the utmost importance that customers follow our measuring guides and allow ample time to order samples before ordering products.
Please be aware that colours and textures represented on our website cannot always be 100% accurate.
If you order samples and subsequently find the supplied product does not meet with your expectations, we will work with you to find an outcome that is fair for both parties.
If a product has been supplied with a manufacturing fault or is lost while being shipped, we will need to establish the cause with you before offering a like-for-like replacement or refund.
