DeliveryHow long will my order take, and how do I track it?
Most custom orders take about 4 to 6 weeks for manufacturing and quality control, then ship with a tracking link emailed to you. Some select ranges are available faster, so check the product page for any express option.
Every order is made to your measurements, so the bulk of the wait is production and final checks, not transit. Once your order passes quality control and is boxed, you get a dispatch email with a tracking number.
To follow your order:
- Watch your inbox for the dispatch email with tracking.
- Track the parcel with the carrier once it has shipped.
- Contact our team if you have a deadline, so we can tell you what is realistic.
Note: Timeframes can stretch around the holiday period when the factory closes. Select curtain ranges can be available in 7 days and select roller ranges in 5 days, but the standard make time is 4 to 6 weeks.
