DeliveryHow long will my order take, and how do I track it?
Most custom orders take about 4 to 6 weeks for manufacturing and quality control, then ship with a tracking link emailed to you.
Every order is made to your measurements, so the bulk of the wait is production and final checks, not transit. Once your order passes quality control and is boxed, you get a dispatch email with a tracking number.
To follow your order:
- Watch your inbox for the dispatch email with tracking.
- Track the parcel with the carrier once it has shipped.
- Email info@curtainandblindco.com.au if you have a deadline, so we can tell you what is realistic.
Note: Timeframes can stretch around the holiday period when the factory closes. The standard make time is 4 to 6 weeks.
