DeliveryOne item from my order wasn't in the delivery. Is it coming separately?
Often, yes. If an item is missing from a delivery, it is usually still being made and will ship separately once it is finished. We email you with tracking as soon as it is boxed and on its way.
Different products in one order can finish manufacturing at different times, so a single order can arrive in more than one delivery. A part-delivery does not mean anything is lost.
If you are missing something, the quickest check is:
- Look for a separate dispatch email with its own tracking number.
- Check your order confirmation to see what is still in production.
- If the item already shows as shipped but has not arrived, email info@curtainandblindco.com.au with your order number.
