My order is missing a track joiner — can you send a replacement, or can I buy one locally?

Track joiners connect two lengths of track for a wide or split window, so the join holds firm once the curtains carry weight. Sticky tape is fine as a short-term hold while you wait for the part to arrive.

To sort it quickly, contact our team with your order number and let us know how many joiners you are short. We will arrange the replacement by express post.

Note: A track joiner is a supplied install part, not a measuring step. You only need one joiner per join in the track.
