My order is missing a track part, can you send a replacement?

Yes. If a track part such as a joiner, bracket, or end cap is missing from your order, email info@curtainandblindco.com.au and we'll post the replacement to you by express post.

If a track part such as a joiner, bracket, or end cap is missing from your order, we'll post the replacement out to you by express post so you can finish your install properly.

To sort it quickly, contact our team with your order number and let us know which part you're short and how many. We'll arrange the replacement by express post.

Note: These are supplied install parts, not measuring steps. If you need a short-term hold while the part arrives, sticky tape is fine for a track joiner.
