I got the wrong chain on my blind. Can I just swap the chain instead of replacing the blind?

Yes. You don't need to replace the whole blind for a chain issue: we can send the correct chain, which swaps over easily. Get in touch and we'll sort it out with you.

A chain is a separate component on a roller or chain-driven blind, so fixing it doesn't mean a full remake. In most cases we can send the correct chain, which swaps over easily, so you don't need to wait for a new blind.
