I got the wrong chain on my blind. Can I just swap the chain instead of replacing the blind?

Yes. You do not need to replace the whole blind for a chain issue: we can send the correct chain, which swaps over easily, or refund the incorrect part if you would prefer. Just tell us which you want.

Contact us with your order number and a photo of the chain you received, and let us know your preference:

  • We send the correct chain to swap over yourself, no need to wait for a new blind.
  • Or we refund the incorrect chain.

The chain is a separate component on a roller or chain-driven blind, so fixing it does not mean a full remake.
