OrderingI ordered the wrong fix brackets (top fix instead of face fix). What now?
Top fix and face fix brackets are different parts, so you will need the correct ones to mount your blind the way you want. Get in touch and we will send out the right brackets, usually with a small postage charge.
Quick definitions so you order the right ones next time:
- Top fix (ceiling fix) brackets mount the blind to the underside of the reveal or ceiling.
- Face fix brackets mount it to the wall or window frame in front of the opening.
