FaultsOne curtain in my order is shorter than the other. What should I do?
Curtains made in the same order should match in length, so a noticeable difference is not right. Email info@curtainandblindco.com.au with your order number and a photo, and we will sort out a remake or refund.
Before you get in touch, a couple of quick checks:
- Make sure both curtains are hung from the same point on the track or rod, since heading hooks set at different heights can make matched curtains look uneven.
- Lay both panels flat and measure the finished drop on each so you can tell us the actual difference.
If the finished lengths genuinely differ, send us your order number, your measurements, and a photo. We make every curtain to your specified drop in our own Australian factory, so a real mismatch is a fault we will put right.
