The tracks I received are shorter than I ordered. What do I do?

That should not happen, and we will sort it. Send us a photo of the track with a tape measure showing its full length, and we will arrange a factory remake of the correct size.

    Photograph the track

    Lay a tape measure along the full track and take a clear photo showing the total length.

    Send us the details

    Email the photo with your order number so we can compare it against what you ordered.

    We arrange the remake

    Once confirmed, we request a factory remake of the correct length and send the replacement promptly.

A track that arrives shorter than ordered usually traces back to an error during order processing, which we will investigate and fix.

To get the replacement moving, send us:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the full track length with a tape measure laid alongside it

Once we confirm the measurement against your order, we request the remake and get the correct track on its way to you.
