That should not happen, and we will sort it out with you. Email info@curtainandblindco.com.au with a photo of the track with a tape measure showing its full length, and we'll review it and work out the right fix.

To help us look into it, send us:
- Your order number
- A photo of the full track length with a tape measure laid alongside it
Once we've reviewed it against your order, we'll work out the right fix and get it moving for you.
