- Your order number
- The item and its dimensions or specifications
- A short description of the issue (photos help)
From there we'll work out the right fix with you.
Note: If you change the specifications on a remake (for example, a different size), additional shipping may apply, since it becomes a new build rather than a like-for-like fix.
