My order has a problem, can I get a credit toward my next purchase?

Our standard fix for a faulty or incorrect order is a remake of the item, not a store credit. Send us the item details and dimensions and we will arrange the remake.

If something is wrong with your order, the fastest route to the right product is for us to remake it correctly. Because everything is custom made to your measurements, a remade item solves the problem better than a credit toward a different purchase.

To get started, send us:

  • Your order number
  • The item and its dimensions or specifications
  • A short description of the issue (photos help)

Note: If you change the specifications on the remake (for example, a different size), additional shipping may apply, since it becomes a new build rather than a like-for-like fix.
