Border router prerequisites

To use Motionblinds curtain motors with Matter support, you'll need a compatible border router to enable communication between devices.

A border router acts as the gateway for your Matter-enabled smart home devices, ensuring they stay connected and function seamlessly. For a list of supported border routers, click this link.

Ordering a motorised curtain

Placing an order for a motorised curtain is just as simple as placing an order for any curtain. Follow these steps and if you have any questions along the way, please get in touch and we'd be happy to assist.

• Measure the space as you would for any curtain (pro tip, make sure to use our measuring guide)!

• Select your preferred curtain from our ranges (please note that currently only selected single curtains of up to 4600mm width can be motorised). 

• Select the Motionblind motorisation option while finalising your order.

We’ll supply the special track system and all the assembly parts you'll need along with detailed installation and operating instructions.
