How do I measure my window for recess-fit roller blinds?

Check your recess is deep enough (at least 60mm for a single roller, 90mm for a double), then measure the width and drop inside the frame in three spots and use the smallest of each. Don't take any deductions yourself, we make the fitting adjustments for you.

   Check the recess depth

   Measure how deep the recess is. You need at least 60mm for a single roller blind, or 90mm for a double roller blind, so the blind sits cleanly inside the opening.

   Measure the width in three places

   Measure the width inside the frame at the top, middle and bottom. Use the smallest of the three measurements.

   Measure the drop in three places

   Measure the height from the top to the bottom of the recess on the left, middle and right. Again, use the smallest measurement.

   Don't subtract anything for clearance. We make all the manufacturing adjustments so the blind fits the recess perfectly. Just give us the smallest width and drop you recorded.
