We are an online DIY business, so we do not send anyone out to measure, install, or assess curtains on site. You measure and fit yourself, and we make the curtains to your sizes in our own Australian factory.
Selling direct online is how we keep custom curtains affordable, so there is no in-home consultation or call-out service. The trade-off is that you do the measuring and fitting, and we back you with step-by-step guides.
