How do I get an update on my order?

Email or call our customer service team and we'll give you an estimated completion and dispatch date. Once your order ships, we send tracking details so you can follow it to your door.

Custom orders are made to your measurements, so the timeline depends on the fabric and product you chose.

When you get in touch, have your order number handy and we'll confirm where it is in production and when to expect dispatch.

Tip: Curtain lead times vary by range. Select curtain ranges are available in 7 days, and select roller blind ranges are ready in 5 days; most custom orders sit on a longer made-to-order timeline.
