What is the warranty and repair policy for motorised curtain tracks, and how long does it last?

Every Curtain & Blind Co product comes with a full two-year manufacturer's warranty, motorised tracks included. It covers faults that arise in normal use, and if something goes wrong we'll arrange a repair or a like-for-like replacement.

What's covered

The two-year cover applies to all our products, including the motor, track and curtain on a motorised setup. It covers faults that show up during normal everyday use.

If something goes wrong, email info@curtainandblindco.com.au with your order number and a description of the fault. We'll arrange a repair or a like-for-like replacement.

What voids the warranty

The cover doesn't apply where the product has been:

  • altered, re-sized, or had its mechanism modified
  • painted or stained
  • damaged by pets or children
  • exposed to water or installed outdoors
  • had its cords cut, or been installed incorrectly

Tip: Keep your order number handy. It's the quickest way for us to find your order and sort out a claim.
