What should I do if my fabric samples have lost their labels?

Order a fresh set of samples so you can confirm the fabric and colour before you commit. Samples come with free express post, so you're not guessing on a custom order.

Once you've matched the unlabelled swatch to a fresh, labelled sample, you can finalise your choice with confidence.

Note: If you need to change the size of curtains already on order, you can't edit the existing job. Cancel the original order and place a new one with the updated details so there's no risk of a manufacturing error.
