CustomCan you make curtains with a drop longer than 2600mm?
Yes. Many of our ranges can be made well beyond 2600mm using railroading, where the fabric runs sideways so the drop isn't limited by the roll width. Selected blockout ranges reach a maximum drop of 6000mm.
Most fabric comes on a fixed-width roll, which normally caps how long a curtain can be. Railroading turns the fabric on its side so the roll's length becomes the usable drop, which lets us make much taller curtains.
Blockout ranges for extra-long drops
These blockout ranges are made for long drops: Avena, Simplicity, Weylands, Harris, Breakaway and Galaxy. Standard drops reach around 4600mm, and railroading extends this to a maximum of 6000mm.
