Is there a discount if I have to reorder after a measuring mistake?

We may be able to offer a discount on a remake if you measured incorrectly, so email info@curtainandblindco.com.au before you reorder. Custom items can't be returned for a measuring error, but we'd rather help you get the right size than leave you stuck.

Because every curtain and blind is made to your measurements, a sizing mistake means the item can't be resold, so it isn't covered by a standard return. We try to soften that with a remake discount where we can.

What to do

  • Contact customer service before reordering and explain what went wrong.
  • We'll let you know what discount may apply to the remake.
  • Apply any discount code we give you at checkout, and make sure no conflicting code is already in the cart.

Tip: Order a sample pack and follow our measure guide before your remake. Getting the width and drop right the first time saves the most.
