My curtains arrived with a noticeable bend at one end. Is that normal?

No, that is not how your curtains should arrive. A noticeable bend usually points to damage in transit, so we will sort a replacement for you.

    Unpack and check

    Open the package fully and lay the curtains out so you can see the full drop and both ends.

    Photograph the damage

    Take a clear photo of the bend or fault and note which item or items are affected.

    Contact us

    Send us the photos and your order number, and tell us which items need replacing so we can raise it with our delivery partner.
