How do I connect my phone to my motorised track, and what if it keeps glitching?

Pairing is done through the app and your user manual. If you've lost the manual or the QR code won't scan, email info@curtainandblindco.com.au and we'll send you the setup instructions for your motor.

The glitching you're seeing (the curtain trying to move then stopping) usually means the motor isn't paired or its travel limits aren't set, not that the track is faulty.

Reset and re-pair the motor using the app instructions before troubleshooting further.

Note: If the motor still won't pair or keeps stalling after re-pairing, contact us so we can check whether it needs a setting change or a warranty assessment.
