How do I make sure my order is right before it ships?

Check your order confirmation email against what you intended to buy: every fabric, every window, the width and drop on each, and any add-ons like motorisation or extension brackets. If something looks off, email info@curtainandblindco.com.au before your order goes into production.

Because everything is custom-made to your measurements, the best moment to catch an error is before production starts, not after dispatch. Your confirmation email lists each item exactly as ordered.

What to double-check

  • The width and drop on every window
  • The fabric range and colour for each item
  • Face fit or top fix on tracks and blinds
  • Any extras: motorisation, remotes, extension brackets, joiners

If you spot a mistake, reach out as early as you can. Once an item is cut and sewn to size, it can't be remade for free.
