Most add-to-cart problems clear up by updating your browser, clearing its cache, or trying a different device. If it keeps happening, email info@curtainandblindco.com.au with the product, your measurements, and the device and browser you're using so we can place the order for you.
Custom orders carry a lot of options, so an out-of-date browser or a cached page is the most common culprit.
Quick things to try
- Make sure your browser is current and supported.
- Clear your browser cache, or open the site in a private/incognito window.
- Try a different device, such as your phone instead of a laptop.
