Double trackCan I add blockout curtains behind my sheers on a double track?
If your sheer curtains were supplied by us, yes. When you order the blockout curtains add an order note to flag your intended setup. We'll match the track and brackets to what's already on your windows.
A double track keeps your existing sheers at the front for daytime softness, with a new blockout curtain behind for darkness when you want it.
Order your blockout curtains to the same width as your sheers and add a note asking to run them behind your existing sheers. We work from your original order with us to get the setup right.
Face-fix vs top-fix
- Face-fix (brackets off the wall): select extension brackets when customising so the blockout runs on a double-bracket setup behind the sheer track.
- Top-fix (ceiling-mounted): no double track needed, we supply top-fix brackets and the two curtains install one in front of the other.
