How do I ask about a product that is no longer on the website?

Contact our team with the product name and any details you have, and we will check whether it is out of stock, discontinued, or available in a close alternative. The more you can tell us, the better we can match it.

Helpful details to include:

  • The product or fabric name, if you have it
  • Approximate window measurements
  • Your preferred colour, finish, or style
  • A photo of your space or the item you are after

If the original is gone for good, we will suggest in-stock fabrics that come closest in colour and feel, and we can send samples so you can confirm before ordering.
