What size screws secure the chain guide on roller blinds?

The chain safety guide takes a small screw, typically around 10mm to 12mm long and 2mm to 3mm wide. Sizes vary by product, so match the screw to the holes in your chain guide before buying.

The chain guide is the small bracket that anchors the control chain to the wall or frame. It keeps the chain tensioned and meets child-safety requirements.

If the original screws are missing, take the chain guide to a hardware store and match a short screw to the fixing holes.

Note: Securing the chain guide is a child-safety step on corded blinds, so fit it before you use the blind.
