Yes. If the clips that hold the cord to your roman blind aren't gripping properly, request replacement clips from our customer service team. Send your order details and delivery address and we'll send new ones out.
The clips secure the lifting cord to the blind, so a faulty one stops it raising evenly. They're a simple part to swap.
