The string clips on my roman blind aren't working, can I get replacements?

Yes. If the clips that hold the cord to your roman blind aren't gripping properly, request replacement clips from our customer service team. Email info@curtainandblindco.com.au with your order details and delivery address and we'll send new ones out.

The clips secure the lifting cord to the blind, so a faulty one stops it raising evenly. They're a simple part to swap.

To get replacements

  • Contact customer service with your order number
  • Confirm your delivery address
  • Tell us how many clips you need

We'll post the replacements so you can refit them yourself.
