How do I re-thread my blind cord and request extra clips or shorter cords?

Re-threading is straightforward once you can see it done, so the video is the quickest way to get it right.

Note: Cord length matters for child safety. We size cords to keep them clear of little hands, so let us know if you have young children and we'll set the length accordingly.
