How do I check my order status over a holiday period?

Over holiday closures, replies are slower and new orders do not start production until the factory reopens. If your order has shipped, track it from the dispatch email we sent you.

If your order is already on the way

Use the tracking link in your dispatch email to follow it. For delivery timing once it is with the courier, you can also contact the courier directly using that tracking number.

If you ordered just before or during the break

Because every curtain and blind is custom made to order, manufacturing starts when the factory reopens, then your usual lead time applies from there.

Note: Our published dispatch times are counted from when the factory is open, not from the day you ordered over a closure.
