What do I do if my order arrived incorrect?

Email our team at info@curtainandblindco.com.au as soon as you notice the problem, with your order number and details of what you received. We will investigate and, where needed, arrange to collect the wrong items and send the correct order.

What to have ready

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the items you received.
  • A photo of what arrived, which speeds up the fix.

Once we have those, we will work out where it went wrong and put it right. If the items need to come back, we organise the collection so you are not out of pocket.
