PartsCan I get spare parts for my curtains or blinds?
Yes, for most of our products. If something arrived faulty, is missing from your order, or you need extra hooks or runners, email info@curtainandblindco.com.au with the details and your order number. Some parts are free, others carry a small fee.
We can supply replacement parts for most products we make, including hooks, runners, and faulty or missing components.
How to request parts

- Missing or faulty items are often sent free; other spares may carry a small fee.
What we can't help with
- General, off-the-shelf window furnishing components that aren't part of one of our products. For those, a major hardware store or an online marketplace is usually your best bet.
