Well, it’s that time of the year when we’re in the midst of our busiest period and the orders are flying out at a speed Santa’s elves would be proud of! As we approach the festive season itself, there are a few important updates to share about order and delivery timings as well as the support team’s availability.
Black Friday Sale
Our Black Friday Sale ends November 30th — so it’s the perfect time to place your order and save before the year wraps up.
Christmas Delivery Cut-Off: November 16th
We’re currently making and dispatching most orders within 21 working days.
Orders placed after November 16th may still arrive before Christmas, but we can’t guarantee it. If they don’t make it in time, they’re expected to arrive around mid-January.
Holidays Trading Hours
As an online seller we never really close, but we will be taking a well-earned break from The Curtain and Blind Company HQ from midday 24th December (AWST) to 5th January 2025. During this time, our ability to reply immediately might be limited but we will endeavour to be reachable for anything deemed urgent. Our factory will be closed from 24th December 2024 to 6th January 2025.
