We offer a range of different customisable heading types. You can choose from S-fold, pinch pleat, triple pleat or pencil pleats for most of our sheer curtains. • The Perfect Look: Most of our sheer curtains are supplied with a weighted hem as standard to ensure it hangs in perfect columns and resists billowing in the breeze.
• Sliding Door Ready: We select fine-weave, snag-resistant fabrics that resist catching on flyscreens or sliding door handles – perfect for high-traffic alfresco areas.
• Get a Little Bit Fancy: We recommend slightly increasing the curtain stack-back beyond what's required to achieve a fuller look.
• Make Your Room Taller: Choose a sheer fabric with a long-drop and install your curtain rod a few inches below the ceiling for a floor-to-ceiling effect.
How to measure & install sheers
You'll need a measuring tape, pencil, screwdriver and cordless power drill – a spirit level is also helpful. We'll supply the brackets and multi-purpose screws. For fixing into wall material like masonry or metal, additional screws will need to be obtained before installation commences as the ones provided are not suitable. When installing your sheer curtains, it's helpful to have an extra person available to help you lift and attach the curtain to your tracking.

Our sheers are made right here in our Western Australian factory. The factory has been operational for over 45-years and is run by some of the most experienced (and talented!) curtain makers in Australia.

Do sheers give privacy?
Sheers are the ultimate daytime privacy tool but provide minimal privacy at night. This is because the contrast between bright indoor lights and the dark outside makes sheer fabric transparent. Silhouettes will be visible at night, when your interior lights are on.
For better night time privacy we recommend double curtains, allowing you to pair your sheer with a dedicated blockout layer.
How do I clean sheer curtains?
A care instruction label is sewn into the heading of all our sheer curtains (usually on the last pleat at one end of the curtain). These instructions will guide you on what specific cleaning method is recommended for the type of fabric used in your curtain. If you are ever in doubt, please contact us for further advice.
Do you need blackout curtains with sheer curtains?
It really depends on what you need from your curtains. Adding blockout curtains can create a thermal buffer zone to reduce heat transfer, helping to keeping cooling costs down during our hot Aussie summers.
Pairing sheers with blockouts (or double curtains) also helps to ensure bedrooms, living rooms and dining areas are well lit and ventilated during the day, with optimal control over light, temperature and privacy at night.
