Now that you've received your new curtains, let's dive into the installation process!
First, unpack all supplied boxes to ensure all the ordered items (curtains, tracks and fixing parts) have been included. Please note that the quantity of fixing parts will vary in relation to the size and number of curtains supplied.
In the event you find you are short or missing any items, please get in touch so we can quickly arrange supply.

The following tools and instruments are normally required to complete installation safely and accurately:
• Power drill
• Phillips head screwdriver
• Pencil, paper & tape measure
• Spirit level
• Small step ladder (if required)
• Protective eyewear & gloves (if drilling into masonry, metal or tile)
It is advisable to have a second person available to assist with track installation and fitting the curtain to the track.
Drilling advice
Gyprock / Plasterboard
Use a stud finder to locate your wall studs (or battens) and fasten the brackets to the surface and timber using the provided screws. If there is no stud or batten present, we recommend sourcing additional fixing items such as Plastermates or hollow wall-anchors to ensure your brackets are securely fixed. Failure to do so may result in the brackets coming away from the installation surface.
Brick or Masonry
Drill pilot holes before using a 6mm masonry drill bit to drill 35mm deep holes. Insert 8 gauge (6mm) wall plugs into the holes. Fasten the brackets to the wall using a Phillips head screwdriver (or impact drive bit) and the provided screws.
