Delivering our products
At The Curtain and Blind Company, we use carefully chosen third-party freight logistics companies to efficiently deliver our curtains, blinds and shutters straight to your door, Australia-wide. Once your order is completed, checked and ready for dispatch, you’ll receive email notification with tracking information to follow the delivery progress.
Delivery fees for Curtains & Blinds
Metro areas: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Perth & Adelaide
Order value of more than $199 = FREE delivery
Order value of less than $200 = $50 shipping fee
Estimated shipping: 5 business days
Regional areas: NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA & ACT
Order value of more than $249 = $50 shipping fee
Order value of less than $250 = $150 shipping fee
Estimated shipping: 7 business days
Northern Territory & Tasmania
$150 flat fee applied to all orders
Estimated shipping: 7 business days
Please note, the above estimated shipping durations only include weekdays (Monday to Friday) and exclude public holidays. We always endeavour to manufacture and supply orders as quickly as possible, however, estimated timings may change due to unforeseen circumstances or delays beyond our immediate control.
Delivery fees for Shutters
Due to the size and weight of shutters, all shutter deliveries incur a fee of $20 per square metre. This is calculated when your order is placed.
Returning our products
All of our products are custom-made to match our customer’s exact measurements and customisation choices, so we cannot accept returns where products have been incorrectly measured, the wrong colour has been ordered or if there has been a change of a mind since placing the order. To avoid mistakes, it is of the utmost importance that customers follow the measurement instructions we provide before placing an order.
Please allow time to order samples before ordering your curtains, blinds or shutters. This helps ensure you will be satisfied with the product fabric style and colour prior to manufacturing commencing. In the rare instance that something with your order simply doesn’t meet with your expectations, we will work with you to find an outcome that is fair for both parties.
If a Curtain & Blind Co product has been supplied with a manufacturing fault or is lost in transit while being shipped, we will need to establish the cause before providing a like-for-like replacement.
