Christmas is coming!
Okay, let’s address the big question. Will you get your order before Christmas Day?
Well, we’re still making and dispatching most orders in just 10 working days, and we’ll keep doing this right up to Christmas Eve. However, any order dispatched from the warehouse after the 21st of November 2021 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before the 24th December 2021.
This is due to a combination of factors. The first is the significant upsurge in online orders and parcel deliveries in the lead-up to Christmas. The other is the residual effects of COVID-19 on Australia-wide freight and shipping services, which we’re still feeling.

If you’re looking to give your windows an upgrade before the festive season arrives, our main advice is to get an order in as soon as you can! We’re happy to promise that we’ll do our utmost to get your order back to you as quickly as we can.

Do you ship curtains and blinds separately?
Yes, we do. We always ship our products as soon as they are ready, so you’ll receive two different shipments if you ordered curtains and blinds together. If you only receive one, don’t panic, the other won’t be far behind.
I’ve made a mistake; can I change my order?
If you discover you’ve made an error with your measuring or product selection, please get in touch as soon as you can. We’ll do whatever we can to help resolve the situation, but keep in mind we normally start production on orders pretty quickly!
Will I get tracking information?
We use several delivery methods, and depending on your location we may even organise a private courier for your last-mile delivery. So, it’s possible your order may not always have a tracking number, although the majority do. If you’d like to know the whereabouts of your order please keep an eye out for a post-purchase email with tracking details, or feel free to get in touch by email or phone to check-in.
Can I get a jump on installation?
