Well, for starters, we’ve ditched the middleman; buying directly from the manufacturer means we always maintain incredibly competitive pricing. Our curtain factory is also located on our own WA premises, which allows us to keep our standards high and our manufacturing speed optimal. And because we have total faith in our manufacturing team, we offer a 2-year warranty on all our own made products. We’re no slouches either, we always ensure speedy delivery from order to door, with a four-week average turnaround time – much faster than traditional suppliers can achieve.

With our focus on contemporary design, on-trend fabrics, styles and prints and with product options to suit every budget, we know our custom-made curtains, blinds and shutters will instantly lift the look of any room or home without breaking the bank.

It's in the name

We’ve evolved from The Blind Company to become The Curtain and Blind Company, changing both our product range and the way we do business along the way.

But why the change?

Well, we understood that every Australian home is unique, so we wanted to give our customers more choices with which to furnish their windows. Obviously, still with quality blinds front and centre of our offering but also with fabulous custom-made sheer and blockout curtains added to our range. After all, why would we limit our customers to just one choice when we could do so much more!

With an unparalleled focus on customer service, market-leading manufacturing, simple DIY installation and always competitive prices, you can feel confident knowing that when you order from us your products are created by some of Australia’s most skilled and experienced curtain makers.

Relying on this multi-generational expertise, we manufacture our curtains on-shore, with both local and international suppliers engaged to ensure we can offer top quality curtain fabrics. Plus, we have an incredible range of blinds, from trendy Rollers and timber-look or aluminium Venetians to Panel Glides and Verticals – not forgetting our plantation-style PVC shutters. Our range is extensive but not at the expense of product quality or affordability.

We're able to keep the price of our curtains and blinds so low because our customers do their own measuring and installation! However, we're very happy to talk you through the entire process over the phone or by email, and our website offers a wealth of information on how to measure and install too.

Yes, of course! We offer 10 samples for just $5 including free Australia-wide express postage. Your samples also come with a discount code for $10 off your next purchase. Ordering is simple, just head to the Samples page and select individual fabric samples by type, colour or fabric or save some time and choose from our favourites packs.

We offer free delivery to most Australian metro locations on orders of over $199 value. However, we cannot provide free shipping for any shutter orders due to the size and weights involved. For smaller orders and for regional areas, we charge a modest flat fee depending on your location. We want to be as transparent as possible with our shipping costs, so please review our 'Delivery & Returns' page before ordering.

We aim to dispatch all curtain and blind orders within 15 working days and find most will arrive within a 5 working days of the dispatch date. Once your order has been shipped, an automated email with your delivery tracking information will be sent to you.

For shutters orders, please allow between 8-10 weeks for manufacturing, shipping and delivery. Due to some technical limitations, automated tracking emails are not supplied for shutter orders. Please contact us at any time if you would like an update on your order progress.

We will advise of any manufacturing or shipping delays as soon as we are aware of them. We will also happily manage any correspondence with our shipping partners on your behalf should the need arise.

As all our products are custom made-to-measure, we do not accept returns. However, in the rare event something with your order doesn't meet your expectations, we will always work with you to make it right.
