Timeless plantation shutter styling at an affordable price!
Our Eco Shutters are made from PVC extrusion, which has the look and feel of a traditional wood plantation shutter but with greater durability, making them perfect for handling all kinds of Aussie climates.
Fitted with an aluminium core, our shutters are resistant to moisture and feature 89mm depth louvres that protect them from bowing while looking like a true premium product.
Eco PVC Shutters can be fitted in any room of the home and are often paired with a sheer curtain for extra 'wow' factor.

Fitting
- Suitable for face or recess fitting (recommended minimum window depth of 70mm for a flush recess fit)
- Suitable screws and additional materials will need to be sourced by the customer to best suit their fitting surface
- Not recommended for shower recess fitting as hinges can rust when directly exposed to moisture

You'll need a measuring tape, pencil, screwdriver and a drill. A spirit level is also recommended. Screws specific to your fixing area (i.e., timber, masonry or metal) may need to be obtained before installation commences. When assembling your Shutter, it is recommended to place a large piece of soft material on the floor for added protection. An extra person may also be required to help with lifting and positioning of the shutter while installing.

In short, yes. However, while our Eco PVC Shutters perform well on damper areas and are moisture resistant, they are not completely waterproof and continued direct exposure to water (say from a running shower) can eventually impact performance. If you're undecided about a shutter for your wet area, feel free to call us to discuss further.
