We offer free delivery to most Australian major capital cities for orders over $199, excluding shutters. For smaller orders and for regional areas, we charge a modest flat fee depending on your location.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 10 working days but the final delivery date can vary depending on our courier. We find most orders successfully arrive within four weeks.
As all our products are custom, made-to-measure, we do not accept returns on our products. However, in the rare event something with your order doesn't meet your expectations, we will always work to make it right.
