Absolutely, we’re always happy to answer any questions or provide some additional advice or tips. You can even email photos of your space for our team to review and provide some ideas.
I've noticed your curtains are more cost-effective than some of your competitors, why is that?
Our curtains are made in our own Australian factory, which means we can keep our costs down and pass the savings on to you while maintaining the highest standards in manufacturing quality.
Do you quote from house plans?
Yes we do, just email them through with a few ideas about the types of curtains or blinds you’re looking for and we’ll quickly create a detailed quote.
Where can I find more information about your fabrics?
Just head to any of the product pages on our website. Scroll down the page to the ‘Specifications’ area for heaps of helpful product information. Click on the adjacent ‘Measuring & Guides’ tab to find information about each fabric.
How long does an order take to arrive?
On average, our curtain orders take about 4 weeks to make and deliver. With blinds, this can be a little faster, typically 3 weeks. Due to the relative complexity and size, Shutters take around 10 weeks.
Is self-installation difficult?
We’ve gone to great lengths to ensure all of our product installation processes are as simple as possible for a first-timer or experienced DIYer. There are lots of guides on our website, and we're always happy to help!
