From all of us at The Curtain & Blind Co. we’d like to wish you a happy and peaceful festive season!
Our online store is still operating as usual, so if an interior upgrade is on your New Year’s resolution list you can make the most of your downtime to get your order planned and submitted!
If you have an existing order, or a question about our products or services, the following updates are well worth reviewing.
Customer support
The customer support team will be away from the office on New Year’s Day, Monday 1st January 2024, so won’t immediately respond to new queries or input new orders. We will respond in full on Tuesday 2nd January, or as soon after as is possible.
New orders
Our curtain, blind and shutter production teams will also take some well-deserved time off over this period, so manufacturing of all newly received orders will commence from Monday 8th January 2024.
From this date, standard order turnaround times will revert to the usual 4 weeks for curtains, 3 weeks for most blinds and 8-10 weeks for shutters.
Order dispatches
While we’ll be running the C&BCo office and factory on a much reduced staffing over the festive period, we’ll do our best to dispatch any orders that didn’t ship in the days running up to our seasonal break.
For any order we dispatch, an email update with tracking details will be sent to the intended recipient once the consignment is in transit with our shipping partners.
