Festive Update

With the festive season now upon us, we wanted to provide a further update on our services during this period and into early 2022.

We’re still making and dispatching new orders in just 10 working days, and we’ll keep doing this right up to Christmas eve. However, any order dispatched from our warehouse after the 9th December 2021 is not expected to arrive with the customer before the new year. This is due to a combination of factors; first, the significant surge in online orders and Australia-wide parcel deliveries in the lead-up to Christmas; second, the residual effects of disruption caused by COVID-19 on Australia-wide freight and shipping services.

In summary, any new orders placed after 9th December 2021 will be manufactured and dispatched in good time, but we would expect them to arrive with you in early to mid-January 2022.

With regards to festive trading, The Curtain and Blind Company will be operating with a smaller team over this period while most of our staff enjoy a well-earned rest. During this time, we will be able to answer enquiries sent to us via: [email protected]

Any orders placed between Friday 24th December 2021 and Monday 3rd January 2022 will be securely stored and the payment automatically processed. However, our curtain and blinds manufacturing will cease on Friday 24th December 2021 and recommence on Monday 10th January 2022.

Do you ship curtains and blinds separately?

Yes, we do. We always ship our products as soon as they are ready, so you’ll receive two different shipments if you ordered curtains and blinds together. If you only receive one, don’t panic, the other won’t be far behind.

I’ve made a mistake; can I change my order?

If you discover you’ve made an error with your measuring or product selection, please get in touch as soon as you can. We’ll do whatever we can to help resolve the situation, but keep in mind we normally start production on orders pretty quickly!

Will I get tracking information?

We use several delivery methods, and depending on your location we may even organise a private courier for your last-mile delivery. So, it’s possible your order may not always have a tracking number, although the majority do. If you’d like to know the whereabouts of your order please keep an eye out for a post-purchase email with tracking details, or feel free to get in touch by email or phone to check-in.

Can I get a jump on installation?

Absolutely! Prior preparation prevents poor performance! Visit our installation page to learn how to easily install your new curtains and blinds.
