How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders in 10 working (business) days, but the final delivery date can vary depending on our couriers and other external factors. However, we find most orders successfully arrive within two weeks of dispatch. Should an order look likely to take longer than this to arrive, we will either advise of any delays as soon as we are aware of them or manage correspondence with our shipping partners on your behalf.

What do you charge for delivery?

We offer free delivery to most Australian metro locations for orders of over $199 value. However, we cannot provide free shipping for shutter orders due to the size and weights involved. For smaller orders and for regional areas, we charge a modest flat fee. We want to be as transparent as possible with our shipping costs, so please review our ‘Delivery & Returns’ page before ordering.

Do you ship curtains and blinds separately?

Yes, we do. Our curtains and blinds are manufactured at different factories with different schedules. However, we always ship our products as soon as they are ready, so you’ll likely receive two different shipments even if you ordered your curtains and blinds together. You will also receive dedicated tracking information for each consignment and if you only receive one order, don’t worry, the other will be close behind. Always feel free to get in touch if you’d like an update on your order or delivery status.

Will I get tracking information for my delivery?

We use several shipping partners and methods to ensure our products arrive in great condition and as efficiently as possible – and in most cases tracking information will be supplied to you as soon as your goods have been collected for delivery. Depending on your location, we may even organise a local private courier for your last-mile delivery. If so, the order may not have a tracking number as the delivery will be completed very quickly. If you’d like to know the whereabouts of your order, please keep an eye out for a post-purchase email with your tracking details, or get in touch for an on-the-spot update from one of our team.

My order has only been part delivered, what do I do?

If you find that you’ve only received part of your intended delivery with a parcel (or multiple) parcels missing, please get in touch with the Curtain & Blind Co. team as soon as possible. Partial deliveries are quite common but we’re always happy to investigate to ensure nothing is amiss and the rest of your goods are on their way.

There’s something missing from my order!

While we’d love to say we’re perfect, every now and then we can make a genuine mistake. If you think we’ve got something wrong while manufacturing or packing your order – don’t despair! Let us know your concern as soon as possible (ideally with your order number to hand) and we’ll get about resolving your issue immediately. Any faulty replacement or previously missing parts will be sent to you free of charge via Australian Express Post, which typically takes 3-4 days to arrive after collection.

I’ve made a mistake; can I change my order?

If you discover you’ve made an error with your measuring or product selection, please get in touch as soon as you can. We’ll do whatever we can to help resolve the situation, but keep in mind we normally start production on our orders quite quickly.

Can I get a jump on installation?

Absolutely! Prior preparation prevents poor performance! We recommend visiting our Measure & Install page to learn how to install your new curtains or blinds ahead of time, so you’re all set to go the minute they arrive.
